Admission Criteria/Insurance

To be eligible for admission, individuals must be at least 18 years of age or older and must identify opioids as their primary substance of use.

CLINIC OPENS:     6AM-10AM        MONDAY – FRIDAY

                     7AM-10AM        SATURDAY

                                                      CLOSED     SUNDAY & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

TAKE OUT RULES AND CONSEQUENCES FOR NON-COMPLIANCE

Take home medication for Sunday will be given on Saturday. You must have a locked box. Do not share boxes. Remember take home medication is your responsibility.

All methadone clients must remain in compliance with Inspired Hope Groups procedure in this matter. Non-compliance will be grounds for suspension of take-home privilege.

FEES

ADMISSION FEES $50.00 + $85 (first week medication admin fee and lab work)

WEEKLY FEES $85 (all payments are due on Monday however you have until the end of the week Saturday to complete your weekly payment late fee will be added to your fee if not paid completely by the end of the week)

        GUEST DOSING $25 per day

RE-ADMISSION $50.00 + $85 (unless in hospital or jail. Must show documentation after 14 days)

ON-SITE DRUG SCREEN $20

PLEASE DISCUSS THIS WITH YOUR COUNSELOR OR THE NURSE IF YOU DO NOT FULLY UNDERSTAND IT. THESE RULES WILL BE ENFORCED WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
