Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible:
1. For his/her own behavior and the behavior of his/her children while in the clinic
2. For accepting and dealing with the consequences of own behavior as this behavior relates to treatment services
3. For establishing (with the assistance of clinics staff and within program criteria) his/her treatment goals and objectives
4. For effecting productive and self-fulfilling changes in his/her life consistent with those goals
5. For actively participating in the treatment process
6. For scheduling and keeping treatments and medical appointments in accordance with treatment plan
7. For following client rules
8. For taking care of all client fees in advance of services
9. For identifying those who interfere in their treatment and recovery process by offering or attempting to sell drugs
10. For reporting any sexual advances, harassment or non-professional behavior, whether witnessed or experienced, to the director of this agency
11. For the safe storage of methadone medication. This privilege can be revoked immediately if irresponsible behavior is demonstrated
